To require a court to revoke bail if the governor has signed an arrest warrant for extradition; prohibit bail for a person charged with serious offenses in another state or escaping from custody; clarify time limits that apply to holding a person for extradition when the person is also being prosecuted for a crime in Michigan; and allow a court to order an individual who had been extradited and convicted of a crime to pay the actual and reasonable costs of extradition.
