To increase the fee for a private detective license from $100 ($200 for a company) to $600, increase the application processing fee from $25 to $125, extend the length of a license period from two to three years, increase the bond required to be posted and permit an insurance policy to be used instead of a bond, and delete a requirement that a private detective business licensee be a resident of this State.
