To establish the ‘Project Exile Coordinating Commission’ and the ‘Project Exile Fund.’ These entities would educate peace officers and prosecuting attorneys regarding penalties for firearms violations, and would facilitate the coordination of prosecutions against violators of firearm laws. The bill also establishes the funding for these mandates.
