2009 House Bill 4580: Require school bullying policies

To replace the previous version of the bill with one that would prohibit bullying for any reason, rather than just bullying perceieved to be "motivated by animus or by an actual or perceived characteristic".
The substitute failed 44 to 60 in the House on May 13, 2010.
