Prohibit coercing a woman to have an abortion

To make it a crime to coerce or attempt to coerce a woman into having an abortion, subject to criminal penalties. Prohibited acts could include threatening to file for a divorce from a pregnant woman or otherwise change existing living arrangements, or threatening to withhold support that was previously provided or promised.
