Revise business personal property tax exemption reporting requirement

This applies to a tax on business tools and equipment, and House Bills 5502 to 5506 amend different elements of the tax so as to eventually replace it with a similar tax called the "Eligible Manufacturing Personal Property (EMPP) tax exemption.
