2020 House Bill 5856: Repeal minimum sentences in various laws

To eliminate mandatory minimum sentences for many violations of the state‚Äôs Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act. This is part of a legislative package comprised of House Bills 5854 to 5857, and House Bill 5844, that make similar changes in other laws.   Official Text and Analysis.
