2019 House Bill 5052: Facilitate military medics in medical professions

To require state medical profession regulators to adopt a program allowing certain military medical personnel to perform certain delegated acts, tasks, or functions that otherwise require an occupational license, if done under the supervision of a licensed medical professional.
