The Senate version of a Department of Talent and Economic Development budget for the fiscal year that begins Oct. 1, 2019, which funds This would appropriate $1.107 billion in gross spending (of which $762.1 million is federal money. This budget pays for the state's various business subsidy and government job training programs.
