2017 House Bill 5010: Extend statute of limitations for armed robbery

To extend the statute of limitations for armed robbery from six years to 10 years after the offence is committed. In cases where no perpetrator has been identified of the offense, the statute of limitation would be 10 years after the offender is identified by his legal name.   Official Text and Analysis.
