Mandate giving perinatal hospice information when birth defect detected

To mandate that a physician who informs a pregnant woman that the child has a life-limiting medical condition to also inform her about certified perinatal hospice programs, and about various options and sources of relevant information. Also, to require the Department of Community Health to establish criteria for certifying a perinatal hospice program.
