2017 House Bill 4463: Allow small LLC landlords to represent themselve in evictions

To allow a landlord who is single-person or married couple that have organized their rental operation as a 'limited liability company' to represent themselves in an eviction proceeding. Under current law an LLC must hire a lawyer in these actions.   Official Text and Analysis.
