2017 House Bill 4149: Expand open records law to legislature

To amend another section of the same law to accommodate the proposal in House Bill 4150 to extend the Freedom of Information Act's disclosure requirements to certain kinds of documents held by the governor's office. This is part of a package comprised of House Bills 4148 to 4157 that would extend the state’s open records law to the legislature, subject to a range of exceptions and exemptions.   Official Text and Analysis.
