To revise a law establishing that if the driver of a vehicle involved in an accident is taken to the hospital and a urine sample is collected for medical treatment, the results of a chemical analysis are admissible in court to show the presence of alcohol or a controlled substance. The bill would also make blood and urine samples admissible in cases where there is probable to believe the individual caused a fatal accident. Official Text and Analysis.
