2016 Senate Bill 932: Senate probation and parole reform package

To require the Department of Corrections to adopt a uniform system of sanctions for violations of conditions of parole. Also, to cap at 30 days in jail the penalty for probationers who commit technical probation violations, except for multiple offenses.   Official Text and Analysis.
