2016 Senate Bill 707: Clarify driveway entrance “grandfathering” provision

To revise a “grandfathering” provision that exempts driveway entrances onto the street from regulations adopted after they were built. The bill would clarify that driveway maintenance including adding more gravel would not invalidate the exemption.   Official Text and Analysis.
