2015 House Bill 4732: Repeal marriage licenses, and marriages performed by government officials

To repeal the state’s marriage license requirement, and only allow clergy to “solemnize” marriages rather than government officials. A couple could still become married through a common law procedure (see House Bill 4733).   Official Text and Analysis.
