2011 Senate Bill 279: Regulate certain DEQ inspections

To require the Department of Environmental Quality to use a random sampling process for selecting targets for routine inspections of environmental permit holders’ compliance with environmental regulations, unless there is a specific complaint or reason to believe a violation has occurred.   Official Text and Analysis.
