2011 House Bill 4263: Establish dead tenant procedures for landlords

To add to the circumstances under which a landlord could lawfully reenter and take possession of rental property so as to include when a tenant dies, or the landlord believes in good faith that the tenant has been dead for at least 30 days.   Official Text and Analysis.
