2022 House Bill 6193: Revise laws to incorporate lessons learned from COVID epidemic

To repeal the open-ended authority of a building inspector to order a dwelling to be vacated “for any cause,” and instead limit it to the normal standards that apply to matters including contagious disease infections, unsafe conditions, property unfit for humans, defects in plumbing and other systems, etc.   Official Text and Analysis.
