To raise the minimum age to enter a “cigar bar” or "tobacco specialty products" store from 18 to 21. Licensed “cigar bars” were an accommodation to the restaurant and bar industry authorized as part of the 2009 law that prohibited the owner of a bar or restaurant from choosing to allow smoking in the person’s establishment.
