2022 House Bill 6107: Revise process for regulated liquor sellers to adjust prices

To amend the state’s extraordinarily detailed and prescriptive liquor control code by revising one of those highly “prescriptive” elements, which is the detailed process manufacturers and suppliers of alcoholic beverages must undergo before changing the prices they charge.
