Make tribes with marijuana business eligible for certain state money

To make Indian tribes with a marijuana business located on reservation land eligible to receive a share of payouts made to local governments from a state “Marihuana Regulation Fund.” Also, to earmark $20 million for two years to research projects investigating the efficacy of marijuana in treating the medical conditions and preventing the suicide of U.S. veterans.
