Create experts panel on school absenteeism

To create an advisory committee in the Department of Education comprised of individuals representing specified interests to “aid in determining criteria for…excused absences” of students. Under current law, unless they are homeschooled or attend private schools, children in Michigan are required to attend “public school during the entire school year from the age of 6 to the child's sixteenth birthday”.
