To revise provisions in the state Mental Health Code to accommodate the proposal in Senate Bill 597 to require the state health and welfare department to issue contracts establishing a “specialty integrated plan” for “Medicaid beneficiaries with a serious mental illness, developmental disability, serious emotional disturbance, substance use disorder,” and also foster care children.
