Ban “critical race theory” in K-12 public schools

To prohibit Michigan public schools from instructing children on “critical race theory,” “the 1619 project,” or other specified “anti-American and racist theories” including that any race is inherently superior or inferior, that the United States is a fundamentally racist country, that the Declaration of Independence or the United States Constitution are fundamentally racist documents, that an individual's moral character or worth is determined by his or her race, or that an individual of a particular race is consciously or unconsciously “inherently racist or oppressive”.
