To make an exception to the proposed requirement for the governor's successor to notify legislative leaders of a governor's absence from the state, for any of them who "presents a security risk to this state because of his or her affiliations with a domestic terrorist organization".
To require that when leaving the state and returning the governor notify the person who fills-in for him or her while absent, and require this person to notify legislative leaders in writing within 12 hours.
