To prohibit a store from selling an individual cold medicine containing more than 7.2 grams of ephedrine or pseudoephedrine within a 30 day period, instead of the current cap of 9.0 grams within a 30-day period. Also, to cap sales to an individual over a year at 61.2 grams.
