Strengthen ban on criminals suing victims

To expand a ban on filing a civil lawsuit for injury or death arising from the person’s commission of a felony to commission of any crime. Current law requires a court to ‘dismiss with prejudice a plaintiff's action…and order the plaintiff to pay each defendant's costs and actual attorney fees” such cases when the crime is a felony.
