2021 Senate Bill 134: Penalties for defrauding drug test adulterants

To make the manufacture, advertisement, sale, or distribution of synthetic urine or another adulterant for purposes of defrauding a urine drug test a crime subject to a year in prison and a $1,000 fine, and five-years if it part of a commercial operation.   Official Text and Analysis.
