To prohibit mobile home parks from banning window air conditioners, or in other ways “preventing a resident from maintaining, by means of heating or cooling equipment…the ambient temperature in the resident's mobile home at levels adequate to protect the safety and health” of residents. See also House Bills 5396 and 5397 that would impose rent controls on mobile home park owners.
