2021 House Bill 4455: Revise solid waste, landfill and recycling restrictions, mandates, fees, fines and more

To revise and expand many of the state laws, regulations, requirements, fines, fees and more related to landfills, solid waste and recycling mandates. The bill is part of a legislative package comprised of House Bills 4453 to 4461, and revises the law governing solid waste disposal areas and transport.   Official Text and Analysis.
