2021 House Bill 4387: Expand open records law to legislators and governor’s office

To prescribe detailed procedures and standards for determining how much the legislature may charge for fulfilling Freedom of Information Act requests for government records. This is part of a package comprised of House Bills 4383 to 4392 that would extend the state’s open records law to the legislature, subject to a range of exceptions and exemptions.   Official Text and Analysis.
