Repeal Michigan right-to-work law

To repeal Michigan’s right-to-work law, which prohibits employers and unions from entering contracts that compel employees to pay dues or fees to a union as a condition of employment. See also House Bill 4176, which would extend this law to government employees in violation of the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2018 ruling in Janus v. AFL-CIO.
