Appropriate federal coronavirus relief funds

To appropriate $3.661 billion in additional federal coronavirus relief money for additional social welfare spending, unemployment benefit payments, vaccine distribution and more. The bill would also authorize $274.0 million in state spending, mostly for purposes related to the federal grants, but also in a proposal to spend $60 million on more selective state taxpayer subsidies to certain corporations and developers.
