Introduced in the Senate

June 23, 2020

Introduced by Sen. Curtis Hertel (D-23)

To require that a child enrolling in grade 12 for the first time must provide evidence of immunization or a parent’s declaration of religious objections, and include this information in annual reports public schools must file with state education officials. Current law requires this for children who enroll in grade seven for the first time.
