Revise retirement benefit detail "strict discipline academies"

To revise references in the law that authorizes “strict discipline academy” charter schools for students who have been expelled from regular schools. The bill would require that if the board of an academy approves giving employees retirement benefits they must be provided through the state-run system for this.
