2020 Senate Bill 1137: Notify owner of right to amount left over from delinquent property tax taking and sale

To establish that the owners of property forfeited to the government in a delinquent property tax foreclosure proceeding must be notified of their right to claim any proceeds left over from the foreclosure sale after the overdue taxes and penalties have been taken out.   Official Text and Analysis.
