2020 Senate Bill 1090: “Abate” child support when payer in prison

To “abate” the court-ordered child support payments ordered in a “a domestic relations matter” (divorce mainly) while the payer is sentenced to six months or more, and “adjust” the amount after the individual gets out.   Official Text and Analysis.
