Revise permitted users of “HOV lanes”

To revise a law that authorizes the state or local road agencies to designate one or more lanes of a highway as a high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lane. The bill would add motorcycles, all buses (not just certain municipal ones) and “any other class of vehicle” at the discretion of the agency with jurisdiction.
