2020 Senate Bill 1041: Suspend school accountability measures

To suspend in the 2020-2021 school year a law that requires public schools to give English language arts and mathematics assessment tests to all students in grades 3 to 11, and administer the preliminary SAT (PSAT) to students in grade 8, 9, or 10.   Official Text and Analysis.
