2020 House Bill 6260

Ban individual coronavirus vaccine mandates

Introduced in the House

Sept. 24, 2020

Introduced by Rep. Gary Eisen (R-81)

To explicitly extend to a (coronavirus or other) epidemic a law that prohibits imposing medical treatment, testing, or examinations on an individual if it violates the personal religious beliefs of the individual, or for minors, their parents. The bill would extend this to vaccines during an epidemic if the individual objects that using them violates personal religious or other beliefs of the individual or parents, or if a physician certifies the vaccine may be detrimental to the individual's health or is not “appropriate”.
