To waive during the coronavirus epidemic income caps on eligibility the social welfare medical benefits provided by the state/federal Medicaid program. Specifically, benefits would be provided to uninsured individuals age 18 and under, or older than 55, or anyone who is immunocompromised, regardless of their household income.
