2020 House Bill 6207: Public meetings during state of emergency

To permit a public body in an area covered by a state of emergency and disaster declared by the governor to hold meetings electronically, with members and votes considered to have met the usual requirements, and a requirement that members of the public be allowed to participate by phone or electronically.   Official Text and Analysis.
