Criminalize “doxxing”

To make it a misdemeanor punishable by up to 93 days in jail for a first offense of publishing private or identifying information about an individual on the internet with malicious intent, and a five-year felony with a $5,000 fine for doing it in “a manner that involves a continued pattern of harassing or intimidating behavior and by that violation causes serious injury to the victim.” Up to 10 years and $10,000 fines could be imposed if this causes the victim’s death.
