Waive certain employer unemployment assessment increases during emergency

To waive during a declared state of emergency a provision of the state unemployment insurance law that allows a “taxable wage limit” on employers to be increased based on the balance in a state compensation fund. This refers to the assessments levied on employers to pay for unemployment insurance benefits.
