2020 House Bill 6031: Authorize coronavirus liability shield for business and facilities

To amend the state occupational safety and health law to accommodate the proposal in House Bill 6030 to give coronavirus-related lawsuit liability exemptions to a business or facility that is in substantial compliance with or reasonably consistent with an applicable federal or state statutes, regulations, executive orders, etc.   Official Text and Analysis.
