2020 House Bill 5411: Criminalize census interference

To authorize a year in prison and a $1,000 fine for falsely representing oneself as a census taker or assuming census taker activities with the intent to interfere with the operation of the census or to obtain information or consent to an otherwise unlawful search or seizure.   Official Text and Analysis.
