2019 Senate Bill 71: Create crime victim confidential address program

To revise provisions in the Michigan election law to accommodate voting by individuals in the crime victim address confidentiality program proposed by Senate Bill 70, and exempt certain public election-related records with the individual's real address from open records law disclosure requirements.
