2019 Senate Bill 68: Revise wrongful imprisonment compensation procedures

To revise details of the state‚Äôs revised judicature law to remove apparent obstacles it presents to implementing a 2016 law that authorized payment of $50,000 for each year of wrongful imprisonment served by a person who did not commit the crime.
